Before You Buy

Every piece at Oro is individually photographed and described as accurately as possible. As our jewellery is vintage and one of a kind, natural signs of age may be present and form part of each piece’s character.

If you’d like additional photos, videos, measurements, or any further information before purchasing, we’d love to help. You’re also very welcome to view pieces in person at our shop in Gorey or at one of the markets we attend. We always encourage customers to ask as many questions as they’d like before purchasing, so you can shop with complete confidence and avoid any disappointment.

Under Irish and EU consumer law, online purchases can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. To arrange a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and in its original condition.
• Returned with any original packaging provided.
• Free from any damage or alterations after purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Jewellery that has been resized, engraved, repaired, customised, or altered at your request.
• Bespoke or made-to-order jewellery.
• Gift cards.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning items using a tracked and insured postal service, as Oro cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there has been an error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
